Legislative Committees - Finance

The Committee on Finance is one of the two internally-focused Student Senate committees. The Finance Committee considers the Student Government Budget every year and any amendments thereto. It is also responsible for the external appropriations of Student Government, including monetary grants to student organizations for initiatives and trips. Some of the minor functions of the Finance Committee are to deal with salaries of Student Government members, revenue projections, records management, and general fiscal affairs.

The FIN Committee meets at 6:30pm on Tuesday nights in the Caddo Room of the Union.
