MEMBERSHIP/ELIGIBILITY IN THE 2009 SENIOR CLASS

Any LSU student graduating in the Spring, Summer, or Fall 2009 semester through earning an undergraduate, graduate or doctoral degree from LSU is considered a member of the Senior Class of 2009.

HOW TO LEAVE YOUR PERSONAL FOOTPRINT

Complete the TWO steps to leave your personal footprint. Please follow these procedures carefully to ensure your official class gift is processed accordingly. The Minimum Gift is $75.00, however additional support would greatly enhance the future success of the Class Gift Legacy.

STEP ONE

Please complete the brick engraving information. 3 lines, limit 15 characters per line.

STEP TWO

Make your minimum gift of $75.00 by carefully completing your donation information. Your tax-deductible gift can be made through one of three methods:

1. Check or Money Order for the minimum donation of $75.00 may be mailed to the:

   2009 Senior Class Gift

   Baton Rouge, LA 70808
    

   • Please be sure to include the Graduate's Name and ID # in the Memo field.
   • All donations should be made to the LSU Foundation, NOT to LSU.
2. Visit the LSU Foundation's Secured Online Giving by Credit Card

   In the "Donation For" field near the bottom of the page, please select Student Life followed by STUDENT GOVERNMENT-Class Gift. In the "Amount" field, please enter your minimum gift of $75.00. View example.

3. Students may make a gift through their Student Fee Bill by using the following instructions:
   • Select Fee Bill in the drop down menu under the DONATION INFORMATION.
   • The minimum donation of $75 will be posted on your fee bill within 15 days.

Engraving Information

• Please print the student's name below just as you wish it to appear on the brick.
• Each brick has room for three lines of text. Each line of the text is limited to 15 characters.
• We will not be able to print any items found to be objectionable.
• PLEASE TYPE ENGRAVINGS IN UPPERCASE LETTERS ONLY, AS THIS IS THE WAY THEY WILL APPEAR ON YOUR BRICK.
